By accessing or using ReviewCrest ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. ReviewCrest is operated by ReviewCrest Inc., based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
ReviewCrest is a review management platform that helps businesses monitor online reviews, generate AI-powered responses, request reviews from customers, and receive weekly performance reports. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with multiple plan tiers.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Paid plans are billed monthly in Canadian Dollars (CAD) through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: generating fake or misleading reviews, using AI responses to deceive consumers, violating Google's review policies, attempting to circumvent plan limits, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
ReviewCrest uses AI to generate review responses and report highlights. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before publishing it. ReviewCrest does not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. By using ReviewCrest, you grant us a limited license to process your data as needed to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. Third-party service outages (Google, Stripe, AI providers) may also impact functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewCrest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
